1. Print the 100 Names List and make a list of 100 names.
Identify 10 people on that list that love you, trust you, and support you. These are the people what you want to reach out to first.

Decide how you want to contact each person on your list:
in person, phone call, text, or email.
Will you be inviting to sample, to a class, or to a 1-on-1 oil chat?
